Pre-Purchase
Survey:
A Pre-purchase survey includes the inspection of the hull structure,
deck structure, cabin structure, cockpit structure, spars, through hull
fittings, keel attachment, windows and portlights, engine installation
(not the internal mechanical condition), electrical installation, water
systems, sails, rigging (from deck level only if mast is stepped) and
condition of the interior furnishings.
